Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your Aion Owners Club account and the personal data linked to it at any time, including any data we received from signing in with Facebook or Google.

Delete your account

1. Sign in and send a private message to any administrator asking for your account to be deleted, or email development@koastal.com.au from the address on your account. If you can no longer sign in, email us and tell us your username.
2. We'll confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days. This removes your email address, password, profile, garage, linked Facebook and Google identifiers, and uploaded photos.
3. Posts that others have replied to or quoted may be kept with your name removed, so conversations still make sense.

Remove only the Facebook or Google connection

To stop using Facebook or Google to sign in without deleting your account, go to Account settings and disconnect it. We then delete the identifier we stored for that provider.

You can also remove Aion Owners Club from Facebook itself: go to Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find Aion Owners Club and select Remove.
